Mediagoats Agencies INC ("MediaGoats," "we," "us" or "our") respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy describes how copyright owners and users should submit notices and counter-notifications.
MediaGoats hosts marketing content, creative assets and user-generated materials submitted by publishers and advertisers. We are not responsible for monitoring all materials but will act on valid DMCA notices regarding content stored on or linked through our Platform where we have the ability to remove or disable access.
Submitting false or bad-faith notices may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with DMCA timelines unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
MediaGoats maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any account holder for whom we have received more than one valid DMCA notice of infringement. Termination decisions consider the severity, frequency and good-faith cooperation of the user.
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Consult legal counsel before submitting a notice or counter-notification if you are uncertain about your rights.
