Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all publishers, advertisers and users of Mediagoats Agencies INC services. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in conversion reversals, payment holds, suspension or permanent termination.

1. Overview

MediaGoats maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward fraudulent, deceptive or illegal promotion. All participants must deliver genuine user interest, comply with applicable laws and respect advertiser restrictions, platform policies and consumer rights.

Each offer may impose additional rules (allowed geos, traffic types, creative requirements). Where offer terms are stricter than this AUP, the offer terms control.

2. Prohibited traffic

The following traffic types are prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing for a specific offer:

• Bot, emulator, proxy or datacenter traffic presented as real users
• Forced redirects, pop-unders, malware, adware or browser hijacking
• Cookie stuffing, click injection, hidden iframes or attribution theft
• Incentivized traffic unless the offer explicitly permits rewards or points
• Brand-bidding on advertiser trademarks in paid search without authorization
• Adult, hate, violence or otherwise brand-unsafe placements where not allowed
• Traffic from sanctioned countries or sources restricted by law or advertiser policy

3. Fraud and manipulation

Publishers and advertisers must not engage in or facilitate:

• Submitting false leads, duplicate conversions or synthetic form fills
• Self-referrals, employee testing traffic billed as production, or circular transactions
• Manipulating tracking parameters, postbacks or reporting to inflate earnings
• Using stolen payment instruments, identity documents or account credentials
• Coordinated click farms, device farms or impression inflation schemes

MediaGoats employs automated fraud detection and manual reviews. Suspicious patterns may trigger holds, audits and clawbacks without prior notice.

4. Spam and unsolicited messaging

Email, SMS, push, social and messenger promotion must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, TCPA and equivalent regulations worldwide. Prohibited practices include:

• Sending commercial messages without valid consent or an lawful opt-out mechanism
• Harvesting addresses, using purchased lists without provable permission or spoofing senders
• Deceptive subject lines, missing physical addresses or failure to honor unsubscribe requests
• Excessive frequency, untargeted blasts or messages that misrepresent the offer or sender

Publishers must maintain proof of consent and suppression lists upon request.

5. Illegal activity

You may not use MediaGoats to promote, facilitate or benefit from unlawful conduct, including but not limited to:

• Products or services illegal in the target jurisdiction (unlicensed gambling, unapproved pharmaceuticals, etc.)
• Copyright or trademark infringement, counterfeit goods or unauthorized streaming
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing or child exploitation
• Discrimination, harassment, threats or content that violates human rights
• Scams, pyramid schemes, phishing or impersonation of MediaGoats, advertisers or consumers

Advertisers are responsible for lawful products and compliant landing pages. Publishers are responsible for how and where offers are promoted.

6. Enforcement

MediaGoats may investigate suspected violations, request traffic sources and proof of compliance, pause payouts, reverse commissions and terminate accounts. We may share evidence with advertisers, law enforcement or industry blocklists where appropriate.

Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent bans, forfeiture of pending balances tied to invalid activity and legal action to recover damages.
